“Lynne was very professional and put me completely at ease. Her anatomical knowledge is fantastic and she was able to diagnose a problem I have with my hip, treat it and even gave me some exercises to do after. I will definitely be using Lynne again and will be delighted to recommend her services too. Thank you Lynne “

Soft tissue remedial massage therapy concentrates on all soft tissues, muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, connective tissue and skin. But it is not just the soft tissues that are factored when it comes to treatment. We look for the cause of the injury such as posture, movement of the body, range of movement of joints and gait.

This is all considered and tested through assessments, looking at the whole kinetic chain and biomechanics of the body.

Whilst the main aim of soft tissue therapy is to alleviate pain, it is also about how to prevent further issues by introducing treatment plans to improve movement, joint instability or gait.
