At Carterton Sports Massage, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, and appointments may need to be cancelled or rearranged.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

• In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to attend the cancelled session.· If you are unable to provide a minimum 24-hours advance notice 50% of the booking price will be required (under therapist discretion).

No Shows Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.  They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made prior appointment (under therapist discretion).

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
