“Lynne is fantastic!!
Her knowledge of anatomy and how all my muscles are working and when they’re not working correctly is incredible. She is well on the way to getting me in good shape and pain free.
have a very physically challenging job, which seasonally causes me great pain in my shoulders and back. Especially in winter at my busiest time of year.
Lynne has been amazing at getting me functional without pain. She has given me specific treatments for exactly the muscles that are causing me problems and I feel so much better in her hands than I have with previous sessions with other people.
I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!! I can’t recommend her enough. Not only is she amazing at what she does. She’s wonderfully funny and such a nice person.
Thank you Lynne. Your stuck with me now!”
Lynne Broda
BTEC Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist

I have always had a keen interest in sport from a young age, competing with an athletics team “Hayes Phoenix Ladies” from the young age of 11 up to the age of 17 where my love of Netball took over and to this day, I still like to play for the local team when I can!
Having suffered a few injuries in my time (not just from sport, but from sitting at a desk day after day!) I started to want to understand why my body reacted in certain ways to injury and how could I maximize my recovery more quickly and effectively as well as how could I prevent such injuries in the future.
It was then I was introduced to Sports Massage & Remedial therapy and everything fell into place. The science made sense, the treatment worked and the passion to learn more began to grow.
From there I decided that I wanted to help people like me and started my research into how I could gain qualifications to become a therapist myself. I graduated from the prestigious Institute for Sports Massage ISRM and I have been helping like minded people since.
Whether you are a competitive sports person to an office worker, if you are in pain and discomfort or just in need of some massage therapy, then I can help you. Please do feel free to contact me to find out how!
